I have rang several times and messaged regarding a refund for flight number X*EQKT,I spoke to a manager called Rashwan who was escalating my query,he was so helpful and a real gentleman and so professional, i have filled the form with doctors letter attached,I was told that I would hear back at the latest ***,could you please let me know soon as all this uncertainty is having a very negative effect on my husbands health,please please let me know soon.
