Booking Reference Number: D*W**T **Ref: Full refund for flight cancelled by Ryanair**I am writing to request that Ryanair fully reimburse me the value of £**.** as full payment for flight tickets due to travel on ** April **** which I paid for with my credit card to Ryanair on ** January ****. *My claim is made on the grounds that the tickets*flights purchased were cancelled by Ryanair and I therefore I did not receive a service. **Ryanair sent me an email on ** March citing they were cancelling my flights due to Covid-** and that I would received a full refund. I confirm I have requested a full refund from Ryanair* I have not been refunded. On ** March **** I received a further email from Ryanair advising you are working through a backlog and to not resubmit my request for a full refund. A further email by Ryanair was sent ** April **** requesting to bear with you, that I was in the queue for a refund and will be processed.*On ** April I was sent yet another email this time offering a voucher for the cost of the refund and I could click on the link to accept the voucher – I never accepted the voucher.*The other link was to pursue a refund which was not functioning, probably due to the sheer demand of all your customers asking for a refund. Or I could chat with your chatbot – which was utterly pointless.
GetHuman-delacyca did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
