I had flight to Malta booked for May **** which you RYANAIR cancelled due to corona virus.**You offered me a refund cash full amount, which i received this offer via email I filled in the form twice and nothing from Yourselves. This is not good Customer Care at all. Then I received another email offering Vouchers which due to health reason I cannot accept as I do not know when I will be well enough to fly. could be anytime or could be few years depending on my health. I explained that I wanted full refund not voucher via another email all of which I have copies of and still nothing from RYANAIR this is dreadful and should not happen in this day and age. You have our monies and are earning interest in your bank account not fair at all. We know that corona virus affects us all but its not fair to ignore people who are pensioners or hard working people who trusted your Airline to take care of all situations if and as they arise. You have not done this at all, and wouldn't surprise me if you do not reply to this either. **My Name is Margaret Dudman *Flight FR**** Stanstead to Malta Wednesday **th May **** departing **:** hrs *Flight FR**** Malta to Stanstead Thursday **st May **** departing **:** hrs.**Total cost paid was £***.** **I will await hearing from you sooner rather than later. If things do not start happening fro your customer you will then find people will not want to Use RYANAIR again. You already have my email as you have contacted me previously.
