Hello, I am attempting to obtain a refund for my cancelled flights (Dublin to Rzeszow on March 21st and Kraków to Belfast on March 31st). Each time I complete the refund form, I receive an error message stating that my reservation number is invalid. My friend is experiencing the same issue with their flight as well. I prefer not to go to the airport to address this matter in person. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had flights booked to Malta from Leeds Bradford on March 14th, and due to the quarantine restrictions in Malta, I need to change the flights for two passengers, RUTH D. and Joseph D. The original flights were on March 14th - 21st. I tried to change the flights online as advised by Ryanair, but the online system wouldn't allow it. Despite contacting the helpline multiple times without success, I still haven't been able to change the flights. I now want to reschedule the flights to September 25th, [redacted], returning on October 2nd, [redacted], from Leeds Bradford to Malta. I've been unable to reach Ryanair over the phone and need guidance on how to proceed. You can reach me at [redacted]

We were scheduled to fly to Gran Canaria on Monday, March 16th on Flight FR8132 with booking reference ABELUX. However, on Sunday, March 15th, the Spanish government declared a lockdown and the Foreign Office advised against travel. I attempted to contact Ryanair multiple times on Sunday without success. I eventually went to Stansted Airport at my own expense and the customer service desk there advised me to call for a refund as they couldn't assist on-site. They noted on my booking that I didn't wish to fly and that a refund would be processed. Since then, I haven't received any communication from Ryanair and have been unable to reach them. I simply want a refund as my holiday has been canceled. I've tried the refund site, but it doesn't recognize the flight details. I'm not interested in rescheduling as these were the only dates suitable for us for another year. Please assist. Thank you, Michelle Mitson.

I have been attempting to request a refund for our canceled flight with reservation number U4WEPP dated 1-4-[redacted] from Düsseldorf International to Las Palmas Gran Canaria for the past two days. When I try to fill in the flight number OE146 on the refund form, I receive a pop-up message stating it is not the correct number. This is perplexing as I am using the details provided in the confirmation email received after booking. The reservation is for a group of four, involving a substantial amount exceeding €[redacted]. It is incredibly frustrating that the website is encountering these errors during such a challenging time with the coronavirus crisis, flight cancellations, and financial concerns.

I attempted to request a refund for a canceled flight on your website multiple times without success. The flight in question is my return flight from Stansted to Paphos on Sunday, March 22, [redacted], with reservation code PCIH9B. Despite being informed via email that the flight could be transferred free of charge, your staff at the airport insisted on offering me a standby flight for £[redacted].74 instead of transferring my existing reservation with code Y4QP3C from Stansted to Paphos on March 16, [redacted]. I was compelled to purchase the expensive standby ticket because I had to reach Cyprus by 6:00 pm that day and your staff falsely claimed the flight was full when in reality there were many empty seats. I demand a full refund for the standby ticket. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further. Thank you. Michael Rosso, Mobile: [redacted], Email: [redacted]

I would like to modify my flight booking or request a refund. I am concerned about traveling to a country in total lockdown like Spain and Alicante Airport due to the heightened risk of contracting the virus at my age. I have attempted to reach out to your customer service agents for almost a week but have been unsuccessful. Despite sending an email, I only received an automated response promising a follow-up that never came. It appears many others are facing similar challenges in contacting your company. Please address my concerns promptly. Here are my flight details: I41G39 from Edinburgh to Alicante Airport on March 19, [redacted]. You can reach me at my email [redacted] or on my mobile at +44 [redacted]. I will not be checking in for this flight and would like to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund. Thank you, Mr. Glenn Valliere.

I have been attempting to initiate a refund process through the Ryanair website; however, I keep receiving an error message stating that my booking reference is invalid. The booking reference in question is S9ZNUT for a round-trip flight to and from Barcelona. The flight numbers were FR9388 on April 10th, [redacted], and FR9387 on April 17th, [redacted]. As these flights have been cancelled and I am unable to reschedule them, I am seeking a full refund. I attempted to seek assistance via the Chat function in the past two days but was unable to connect with any agents after waiting for an extended period. I also tried contacting Customer Support at 0[redacted] [redacted], but the line either does not accept calls or disconnects immediately. Furthermore, I emailed Customer Services on March 18th but received a generic response directing me to the same refund request page that is rejecting my booking reference. To expedite the refund process, I would appreciate either an email or a phone call at 07[redacted]53. Thank you.

I am requesting refunds for three return flights I booked from Dublin to Seville departing on March 20th and returning on March 31st. Unfortunately, the return flight was cancelled by Ryanair due to the current situation with the Corona virus. I have been unsuccessful in claiming the refunds as every time I enter the reservation numbers provided to me, I receive an error message stating they are incorrect. The reservations were made and paid for on January 12th, [redacted]. Here are the reservation details: 1. Reservation 122YFV: - Dublin to Seville on March 20th, FR7146 - Return on March 31st, FR7147 2. Reservation B613HW 3. Reservation J9FLSA I have attempted to process the refunds multiple times on the website without success, as it consistently rejects the reservation numbers I input. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and processing the refunds for these flights. Thank you, Marie

Hello, I have booked a flight but have not checked in yet because I booked it before finding out that due to the current Corona crisis, I would not be allowed to leave the country. I planned to fly to Malaga with your company thinking it would be allowed, but it turns out that people without a permanent residence in Spain or Spanish nationality are not permitted to cross the borders and would be sent back to Germany. It is too risky for me to fly there with my baby and be sent back without a chance to return, especially since your company has suspended all flights until May 1, except for tomorrow's flight. I have purchased full coverage travel insurance and would like to know if I can get a refund through cancellation.

John & Veronica Boulton here. We rescheduled our Tenerife to Bristol flight from April 4th to March 10th due to the flood issue in the UK. Our reference number is I9NDVN for the original booking with E Dreams. We paid [redacted].98 Euros for the one-way charge for 2 persons online after already paying E Dreams [redacted].98 Euros for the original April 4th flight. The charges shown on my online itinerary differ from my bank statement. Can you please provide the total amount paid, including cancellation charges, for the March 10th flight? Considering we paid [redacted].98 Euros to E Dreams, can you confirm the total amount spent with Ryanair and E Dreams for this one-way trip? Kindly arrange reimbursement for any overpayment. Thank you.

Good morning, I need to understand the exact procedure for requesting a refund for my canceled flights due to the coronavirus. When I received your first email, I promptly filled out the form requesting a refund with booking number N8YFST. About a week later, I received another email notifying me of the cancellation and asking if I wanted to proceed with the refund request. What does this mean? I had already submitted the refund request! Why do I keep receiving emails? I have printed the documentation I sent you requesting the refund! When will I receive this refund? You can reach me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]/[redacted]. I await a prompt response. Best regards, S. Malpensa.

I received an email regarding my booking GBID4H to Malta. It seems unlikely that I will be able to fly into Malta on May 19, [redacted]. The alternative offered is not suitable for me as I undergo dialysis three times a week, making it challenging to plan in advance. I would prefer a refund and rebook when I can better organize my dialysis treatments. Martyn Lewis stated that I am entitled to a full refund if the flight is canceled. I will also contact Barclaycard to retrieve my funds. I understand these are difficult times for both your company and me as a pensioner looking forward to this holiday. - Philip S.

Good morning, On May 1st, I have a flight from Bergamo Orio al Serio to Malta (booking number XZF7YY under the name Andrea Provitina). I would like to know how much in advance I would be informed if the flight gets canceled. Considering the current situation and the difficulties in traveling due to restrictions, including the possibility of mandatory quarantine upon arrival, what steps should I take to request a refund given the ongoing emergency?

Hello, We were supposed to take the flight from Charleroi to Alicante (IN) on 21/03/[redacted] FR9053 / Alicante to Charleroi (OUT) on 28/03/[redacted] FR9052: reservation XCDI4U - Reference - [redacted]. Unfortunately, my wife had a serious car accident on March 9. I contacted your company immediately to inform you that the doctors advised against her flying due to multiple fractures - 4 ribs, clavicle, and a lung issue. I have already sent a copy of her medical certificate but have not received a response to this email. Subsequently, the flight was canceled due to COVID-19 (we were informed of the cancellation). We would like to be refunded the amount paid and not receive a voucher. I received an email this morning containing a voucher number: [redacted][redacted]1 (Eric BURNIAUX). What more can I do to obtain this refund? It has been 30 years since we went on vacation as a couple. I remain hopeful, but for now, my wife's health is the top priority. I hope my request will receive your attention. Thank you in advance for your help. Eric BURNIAUX.

Following the cancellation of our Ryanair flights due to the Covid-19 crisis, we were given the option to either reschedule our flights or request a refund. As we couldn't postpone our trip, we opted for a refund for our round-trip flights for two people to Alicante. We received a confirmation of our refund request (completion of the process online). Later, we got an email from Ryanair asking for patience as the refund process might take some time. Last Friday, we received another email offering a voucher equal to the refund amount valid for one year. They mentioned that if we still preferred a refund, we should contact them. We are adamant about getting a refund rather than a voucher. However, when trying to contact them through the provided link, we faced difficulties as it didn't lead to anything on their website. Their contact options like chatbot, phone, and email were unresponsive. We are struggling to find a way to ensure a refund or even reach out to Ryanair as requested. Unfortunately, we couldn't locate a Belgian address to send them a registered letter. We appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter.

Good morning, on 10/03/[redacted], my partner, T.I., and I were supposed to depart from Rome Ciampino to Bucharest on flight [redacted] with booking number Z2V6WY. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled by Ryanair. I contacted eSkayTravel, where I purchased the tickets, on the same day to request a refund. I also emailed Ryanair. On 24/03/[redacted], SkyTravel refunded me €[redacted].20, which is €28.74 less than the amount I paid, €[redacted].94. I would like to know why €28.74 was deducted if the airline canceled the flight, causing me significant inconvenience by not being able to reach Bucharest on time. I believe I am entitled to a monetary compensation since the flight cancellation occurred before any COVID-19 restrictions were in place.
