WE WERE DUE TO FLY TO GRANCANARIA ON MONDAY **TH MARCH ON FLIGHT FR****BOOKING REF ABELUX *HOWEVER ON SUNDAY **TH MARCH THE GOVERNMENT IN SPAIN DELCARED A LOCKDOWN AND THE FORIEGN OFFICE ADVISED NOT TO TRAVEL , SO I CALLED RYAN AIR SEVERAL TIME ON THE SUNDAY AND EVERY LINE WAS ENGANGED OR DID NOT EVEN CONNECT , SO EVENTUALLY I WENT AND MY OWN EXPENSE TO STANSTEAD APRIPRT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK THERE ONLY TO TO BE TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AS THEY COULD NOT HELP BUT DID SAY THAT THEY HAD PUT A NOTE ON MY BOOKING THAT I DID NOT WISH TO FLY AND THAT YOU WOULD REFUND THIS FOR ME , SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM RYAN AIR AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT YOU , I JUST WANT A REFUND AND I HAVE TRIED YOUR REFUND SITE BUT IT DOES RECOGNISE THE FLIGHT DETAILS , MY HOLIDAY IS CANCELLED AND I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THE FLIGHT AS THESE WERE ONLY THE DTAES WE COULD TRAVEL FOR ANOTHER YEAR - PLEASE HELP MANY THANKS *MICHELLE MITSON
