The issue in GetHuman-sudakova's own words
My friend Oksana Sudakova travelled on the Monday flight to Kiev. Her booking reference is X*ZEQI. Her ba was left behind and I was told by airport staff that it would be on the next flight to Kiev. On arrival at Kiev my friend was to give her number to Ryan Air staff and they would inform her when the bag arrived. So far the bag has not arrived and also they are asking for a baggage tag. We were not given a tag the check in clark said all the information was on her ticket. The bag is RED a small it was supposed to be in the baggage hold. I can to share other customers with the same issue by telling how I fixed it. I had to contact with Ryanair . I have sent email with explain how I lost my suitcase. I did left info about my flight, my ticket, my suitcase.*Ryanair responded to my letter. My suitcase flew the next flight from London to Ukraine.
