I have been continually trying to get in touch with a Ryanair to change a name on a voucher that was bought for me as a gift. **See attached an email I have composed after several attempts and being brought back to square one **Hi,**Specifically what more information do you need me to provide you with to progress my complaint?**I first got in touch with Ryanair after attempting to book a flight using vouchers I had received as a birthday present in my maiden name. Since receiving the vouchers I have replaced my passport and it now shows my married name – hence different from the one on the vouchers.**Because the vouchers are in my maiden name there is no way that I can book on your website using my married name, meaning the vouchers are essentially worthless. I called your helpline for assistance and was told that I needed to use the online chat tool to solve my issue. I have since had * separate online conversations with your customer service team without resolution.**During the first conversation (with Pascal) I was advised that I needed to send a copy of my marriage certificate, which I promptly did but was then transferred to another colleague (Syeda) for better assistance whom I had to explain the same situation and who told me she would pass my query to the Customer Service team who would respond in ** hours. I got no response.*I had to start a third chat * days later (this time with M Shafique) whom I told I was awaiting a response customer service team. They told me that the eligible department was not open but that my request was “pending” and that I needed to get back in touch tomorrow and ended the conversation.*A fourth conversation was started (with Blessing O) and I was told that in order to book using the vouchers I needed to make a reservation in my maiden name then change names on the booking to my married name – this despite the Terms & Conditions on your website stating that this could not be done if booked using vouchers. I challenged Blessing on this and they said they would transfer me to (Sanja) who would be able to help. Sanja told me to lodge a complaint using the online portal which is what I am now doing.*So far I have been really unimpressed with the service that Ryanair has provided. What initially appears a reasonable and straightforward request has taken hours of my time over a period of weeks and exactly no progress has been made.**I really want to get this issue resolved quickly so that I can book my holiday with you, please let me know if you need anything else from me to ensure this happens.**Thanks**Colleen
