The issue in GetHuman-kamarile's own words
I wanted a **Kg bag for a friend I'm traveling with, Kim Koethe. I add the bag to my booking *Edinburg SUZ**V* using my mobile phone and then checked out. Only, when I received the email with our itinerary it shows that Kim has her **Kg bag but I also have a **Kg. I only added * bag to my booking, yet I was charged for *. I already added a **Kg bag for me when purchasing the ticket. I do not need an extra **Kg. **Frankly this is really frustrating because this is the second time you have made me pay for a **Kg bag I did not need or want. The last time you tricked me into buying extra baggage by constantly sending me emails about the 'cabin policy,' the allowance of my booking and how I need to upgrade, which made me forget that I had already bought a **Kg bag during the booking process *London(Stanstead) K*WZQM*. I contact customer support about this at the time (online chat) and I got an unhelpful rep telling me that there was nothing he could do. **Well, I'm not going to make this slide again. I need a refund on this extra **Kg for Kamari (me). No where on the mobile did it ever say I was purchasing * bags.

GetHuman-kamarile did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
