Good day..This is my *rd attempt getting this message to you. My wife and I (Joyce and Robert Gibson) had to extend our time in Dublin because of your cancelled flight (FR****) DUB to BRU - ** FEB ****. We took a flight DUB to EIN (Eindhoven) on ** Feb ****. It was the only one we could take. We are trying to find out the procedures to get reimbursed for the expenses incurred because of the cancellation. We have the expense receipts. Please let me now what to do besides calling Ryanair. We are in the USA and a call would be too expensive. E-mail would be best and you can send appropriate forms, etc. to me (Robert) at: *****@***.com or to my wife (Joyce) at: *****@***.com. Our Ryanar reservation * for the flight cancelled is X**ZHJ - flight FR**** - DUB to BRU - cancelled ** Feb ****.
