On Jan **th I bought ** tickets Tel Aviv-Athens for August *th, reservation ERWZ*Y. I added six **kg suitcases for ** Euro each. For some reason, they didn't show up in the ticket. I tried to add them later and the price went up to **Euro so I didn't order. I tried Chat and the vocal call center but they weren't authorised to help and told me to use the webform. I did it, trying to be as detailed as I could with the limit of **** characters, but received a message that I should provide more details (TID ******* and *******). It is unfair to charge ***Euro more for than what I would pay as I wanted for the suitcases I tried to add when I booked the flight. **Please add * **kg suitcases to reservation ERWZ*Y for **Euro per suitecase per direction (a total of ***Euro). **Thanks,*Ori Aphek********************@***.com
Their chat and voice calls aren't authorised to help. *The most frustrating thing was to receive the complaint reply the my complaint was too short, and that I need a more detailed one. I received this answer twice. I used almost all allowed **** characters in the complaint form. There was no other email mentioned to send another complaint.

I have just acquired ** tickets. This is not the first time I fly Ryan Air. I typically fly abroad more than ** times, of which at least twice for vacations in europe. I have four childen, a brother who lives in the UK, and many friends and vacation destinations in Europe.
