Having taken the wrong passport for a day flight to Dublin, I was sent to a general advisory desk and rebooked( £***charge) I came home, collected my passport and was unable *through Ryanair’s very poor website to print my boarding cards for the second flight it seemed to b* blocked.. After wasting time and possibly charged for booking expensive seats, not sure yet, it was then too late to catch the second flight. . Why was my application on the website unable to continue For boarding cards? I have been a loyal flyer for ** years? I wanted to see my daughter in hospital, and now feel Ryanair have badly let me down.*The Ryanair desk should have helped me and saved me precious time to get the second flight. It was not busy, and not directed me onto a general Advisary desk who incidentally spelt my name wrong booking the second flight,
