Hello, We made a reservation on both Easyjet and Ryanair for both myself and my Sandy Hanna.*Under airline booking references with Ryanair PZWS*G Ryanair number: ****-********* * You say "Ryanair will charge you up to €** (£**) if you don't get your boarding pass before arriving to the airport".* I stayed on a U.S.A. mobile phone with your rep in Berlin over an hour to get these boarding passes for myself and for her. * *st thing this is just a ridiculous waste of time and no reason you make a customer call for their boarding passes with the hope we may not know or forget and be able to charge us. * The person on the phone said it was taken care of. It was not taken care of. * The phone bill came to $***.** to save the **Euros each if we didn't have my boarding pass. * This is unacceptable that we had to call you as I had no internet connection overseas. It is just an unnecessary and unacceptable exercise and I would like to be refunded for the phone call.
