HELLO,*last week I had to claim a refund for my ticket from Lamezia that was charged on my card * times.*this was due to a technical problem which was confirmed to me by Kristine agent n. ******. finally I got my * refunds as obviously only one ticket was needed which is now confirmed under ref .NU*YRF and i am happy with this.*I received my refunds but I am disappointed in regards to the amount refunded against the amount spent.*I was charged as follows:*****.**£*****.**£*****.**£*****.**£*****.**€ (paypal)*but i was refunded as follows:****.**£****.**£****.**£****.**£*i understand this has to do with currencies but if you could please adjust the refund as the payment went through not due to my fault as previously explained and agreed with Kristine.
