Our booking number is c****u. We have checked in but had technical problems with your app as we were not able to add priority or add * **kg priority luggage for £**. Every time I added the extra luggage it would redirect me back to the previous page. On the third attempt it took me straight through to the boarding passes without the **kg luggage. We would like to go back and add the * £** priority luggage for our flight today **********. We tried to contact you yesterday on the help chat but Ryan air cut off our conversation.
