WELL DONE. This was a baggage issue that we experienced in Dublin following the last flight of the year from Chania on Saturday **th this October and how it was dealt with. The missing bag - the one that I handed over at the plane to be placed in cargo!!!.**A big thank you to both staff at the Ryanair desk who were calm, good listeners, empathic, reassuring professional and most importantly of all good at locating the missing bag less than an hour later**. There were also two other families with missing luggage who received similar attention. Well done you two - you are a credit to Ryanair - I hope they appreciate your attention to detail. ??Christmas bonus*****Regards*Susan Crilly.
