Hello **I purchased my flights to leave for Barcelona. Booking reservation reference - T*ATUG*M**I then received an email saying long after I booked my flight that I would need pay if I wanted to take on the usual carry on baggage. Last night I then purchased the **kg additional baggage for ** pounds each way. I have just boarded my flight to Barcelona and have been informed by Ryanair staff that because I had booked far in advance before the bagging policy changed I would have not needed to pay for additional baggage despite receiving an email. Ryanair then proceeded to let on many passengers with their suitcases that had not purchased the **kg checked in luggage and were not priority boarders either? **I expect consistency in what you expect your passengers to pay and would not have purchased the **kg baggage if I had known I could take it on despite you emailing me telling me that was not the case. **I would like a refund for £** I have paid unnecessarily. **I look forward to hearing from you.**Jill Davidson **Get Outlook for iOS
