Help with my Ryanair issue

On our return journey with my family from Lanzarote to Edinburgh on Thursday ******* flight FR **** we booked in * ** kilo bags at the airport on arrival our * bags came very close together and we waited for the *th bag for ** mins when it said our flight was completed on baggage alert we realised one was missing when we finally arrived at swissport and I gave all the tickets to them I realised there was only * Stubbs on the booking paper all on one and all on top of each other there should have been six Sheena from swissport has told me she cannot start a file as she has no number but it is my bag lesleyozdemir from our booking that is missing as after checking all other stubs there is one for our other * passengers I believe when putting the bags through he must have forgotten to label on bag I was travelling with my disabled mother who is blind and in a wheelchair * children twins * and my * year old and my stepfather who is dislexic all there bags are accounted for it was not really busy as we were there early so don’t understand how this can be done I now need to know what is going to happen about my bag and how it’s going to be found if swissport cannot open a file they have been trying to help Sheena has tried calling Lanzarote for a bag with no tag the bag is a fly mat bag with a half cicle at the top and * lines which are dark blue the rest of the bag is black I have some really important things in this bag some of which can’t be replaced Jewellery I’ve been given from my older children and family clothing etc along with a box of cigarettes and I am still checking other bags as things were mixed on the way back between us all and had to go straight to work and school today Friday to add to things was not aware they would not take our ** kilo bags on the way from Edinburgh from us as we had been told you have to pay extra to keep them from going in the hold so myself and stepfather struggled enormously having to wait until gate to get all our bags taken from the tarmac after being labelled at gate this caused a great amount of stress my mum was really upset she was in no way able to help a guy went over and talked to a senior to see if anything could be done seeing my blind disabled mum * young children and my stepfather and myself struggling was told we would have to just manage not a great start to our holiday we had saved hard for and then the ending really finished it off our taxi was waiting an extra hour and a half for us and was not happy at all we had to end up paying extra for his time wasted as well could someone please get back to me ASAP with a response and what’s going to happen now
