Hi there,**My daughter was robbed of her idententification papers in Barcelona on Thursday and had a valid ticket for a Ryanair flight from there to Hamburg for today whoch she knew she could not make due to not being in possession of a valid European ID card for landing. This we knew and this is not the irline's fault, but trying to get anyone at Ryanair to even LISTEN to her plight was a dead end. She basically was scoffed at. No rebooking, no refund, no nada. Not even a pack of peanuts or a phone number or a "we're sorry this happened to you." I would wager the business model factors for thefts and delays and that these are always ***% profit-making situations for Ryanair. The derision and disdain for the people who actually keep you in business are palpable. Tnis is by far not the first incident of poor customer service with this company. Never again will we support yopur planet-killing business model, and we are on social media spreading the word as well. No response to this morning to any efforts to talk to Ryanair. Young women around age ** like my daughter are plastered all over the Facebook, being sexualized to sell seats, but you won't help a young woman out at all in a travel emergency: shame on you!
