Initial problem was flight Fr**** on Fri **th September was delayed over * hours. Should have arrived Shannon at **:** but was still at Gatwick at *am Sat **th. When flight finally arrived at Shannon, there was an additional out of hours fee to pay at the car rental desk due to this excessive delay. Ryanair have sent a letter as an email attachment, refusing any compensation as according to them "this flight arrived at its destination of Shannon with a delay of less than * hours" (Impossible if took off *-* hours late)*The next problem is that it is impossible to contact Ryanair by replying to their email(s), their complaint forms don't seem to work and*or don't have enough space on them.*Ryanair's current customer service seems to be rather appalling.
GetHuman-marktban did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
