I want to know if I have a **kg hold bag booked. I checked the box for that and clicked to confirm at the time of booking. It came up as costing £*.**, so I assumed it was included in the 'priority booing' package. I can't see a confirmation of this. I'm concerned that I will be charged for it when I arrive at the airport. If I don't have one booked, I want to know why not? And given that I did click this option when originally booking my ticket, can I have one for the lower price usually offered at that time?
GetHuman-riverman did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
