Have booked two car parking spaces at Stansted. One has been confirmed by the car parking company but the second one has not. Spoke to Ryanair got the usual contact the third party it is their problem. So after over a week of talking to the parking company they confirmed that Ryanair had used the same booking references for both vehicles so they were unable to book the second vehicle in. To be fair to the car parking company they have given me a free car parking space at their expense. So I have paid Ryanair for two parking spaces for which they will only be charged for one by the parking company. So how do I get a refund for the one they are not getting charged for.
GetHuman1203308 did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
