Help with my Ryanair issue

I book flights for work every day with Ryanair, so therefore the webpage stores the name of the passengers. I went to book for Gilles Lebozec a flight from toulouse to UK but when I confirmed the credit card details and subsequently received the confirmation it change the passenger to someone else on the store names. I phone ryanair and explained but they said nothing they could do, so I had to book again as it was cheaper, again I notice it changed the name again and again and again, I even showed other colleagues what happened. It took approx. ** mins logging in, logging out. Eventually I did it but I lost the money on my first booking. Very dissappointed.
