Hello.My name is Ivan Garvanov.I flayed with Ryanair on ** ** **** from Sofia To Dublin.I was with my family.* members. The fly delayd more ** hours.After my After my arrivals in Dublin in the coming days I send request for compensation under EU***.I received a responce on ** ** **** that I would be paid for up to ** business days.That is OK.The problem is that I have a new bank card and when I try to send the new data,It says that it accept only digits or only letters.You know that is not possible.Please tell me how I can solve this problem.
