The issue in GetHuman-aidanoak's own words
We booked a flight with Ryanair in August for October returning November however subsequently we have had to change the flight to November returning December. These dates are now following their change to baggage policy. The booking includes a paid for **kgs bag and we thought we had * **kgs as part of the allowance. * The new itinerary provides for a **kg bag on the return flight but not the outbound. I just want Ryanair to confirm where we stand in relation to baggage on this flight as there is no facility on my booking to address this issue. The booking reference is E***TA and the name is Mr A. Oakes.
GetHuman-aidanoak did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
