We have been trying to change our flight and we have been shut down and told by the website hundreds of times that there are no more seats on the flight we wish to switch to .... there are many seats available.*My sister has been calling the help line from California, and i have been trying to do it from Germany.*My original flight is leaving at *am today. We tried all day yesterday to change... and now it is past the cut off time to switch .*your offices and call centers do not open until *am. *My mother is in the hospital and i cannot fly with her. *I need to reroute my flight and delay it by one week.
