These have caused me a lot of additional stress through grieving which I am still continuing to do. I was unable to attend university due to this and was issued a sick line from my doctor. I have had my exams rescheduled for when I am supposed to be on holiday.* *I understand that under exceptional circumstances Ryanair issue refunds and I would be grateful if you could consider my double bereavement. I have two friends that are going to take me and my partner Michael Kennedy’s place however I hope with these circumstances the amendment fee is waivered.* *Kind Regards,* *Caitlin Early**Since sending this email I have spend hours on the phone to Ryanair telling me to issue a complaint. I have since does this and they have told me I am not due a refund. I have not once asked for one. I have been reassured by Ryanair on live chat they can waiver it and I have to be patient this has been on going for months now.
