Ist August,*****I hired a car along with my flight from Ryanair as I sometimes do, The car voucher had the flight number along with pick up time .*We experienced flight delay of * hr and a baggage hold up for *hr ** mins, we arrived at interrent car pick up wjere we waited a further ** mins, when we were served our car wasn't honoured unless we paid again after obviously having done so already. a further £*** was demanded to release the car.*The pick up time was **.** but ryanair assured me this was fine and when I spoke to Interrent to complain they apologised and said the car would be there, as it was only for a further £***. *I spent £** trying to get hold of someone from ryanair to complain, I was eventually told they are not responsible as they use a third party, BUT it was ryanair that took my money for the booking. The flight FR**** is always a little tight to pick the car at that time but as Interrent explained the car was there I was just refused unless I paid, it wasn't the deposit being asked as that is £****, they wanted me to pay again. I refused made phone calls to both companies in vain and got a taxi which in total cost £*** and lost appointments.*I am furious, I use Ryanair *-* times a year for the last ** years and this is disgraceful.*My ryanair car confirmation is*GB*********, the Interrent confirmation is ******** and my flight reference was CUQSWM for me and my wife.
