I made a reservation and paid on line on Wed evening and paid for flexi plus which I assumed by Priority plus * cabin bags meant checked in baggage plus cabin baggage. When confirmation showed flights it didn’t show any checked in baggage of **kg*I have done more research to find you can book baggage of **kg for gbp**.** or if you book same time as reservation it would only cost you gbp**.**. It didn’t show anywhere about checked in luggage on making my reservation. Why should I be penalised because of the incompetence of their Reservation System. I myself have been in the Airline Business for **years and am fully aware of how normal Reservation Sytems work.I have spent this after *hours getting through to live chat and they say this is Jessica or Kumarrsh online and that’s all you get, you wait and you wait and then a question are comes up, has your problem been resolved. After paying Gbp***.** for my ticket, where is the Customer Service, this is the first time I have tried Ryanair and it will certainly be the last.
