Hi there, I have had a problem with your flight on the **th of July (I am trying to contact you since the **st, but I did not have any luck!) I booked the flight FR**** for my mom under the booking of Q*WNNK* when I received the email to claim my refund was impossible to have it, because the system was saying that there was some information wrong. Now I’m ***% sure there is nothing wrong, I checked *th time the flight number, the reservation and the name, which obviously is my mom (Giuseppina Tatarella) because she was your customer that day. Can I please have someone that I can talk with about this issue? I would like at least to have a refund (I paid for that flight £***!) which is not fair, while you delays the flight for * hours and I have had my father waiting for her until *am in the airport!
