Hello, my daughter and her friend had their flight from Lisbon to Toulouse (FR1798) on Sunday, July 1st, [redacted], canceled. They were given an alternate flight three days later, which doesn't work due to prior medical appointments before their flight to Spain. They had to book a more expensive flight and will now need to stay an extra night in Lisbon. They faced a similar situation before and were compensated with money, hotel stay, and breakfast. They need assistance with managing the additional night stay in Lisbon and covering the extra cost of the new flight. They appreciate your prompt response. Thank you for your help. Best regards, C. Corberand.

Flight number FR8347 on June 26 at 20:55 to Porto experienced a significant delay. Departing two hours late, the flight was then diverted to Lisbon, leading to a 12-hour journey to finally reach the destination. The experience in the baggage hall in Lisbon was disappointing, with [redacted] individuals left without adequate assistance, including lack of food and drinks. Mothers with children had to make do with sleeping on the floor, while older passengers like myself, aged 68, struggled to rest. Opting to take the train to Coimbra instead of facing the bus ride back to Porto, the overall treatment was upsetting. Although the airline mentioned complying with EU Regulation [redacted]/[redacted], a more personalized approach to customer care and well-being, especially in challenging situations like this, is essential. As a loyal passenger who appreciates affordable fares to visit family, reaching out to acknowledge the shortcomings in customer service would have been greatly appreciated.

My daughter and her friend had their flight cancelled this Sunday, July 1st, [redacted], from Lisbon to Toulouse (FR1798). The booking number is OVLIUZ, and the reservation was made with the email: [redacted] They were offered another flight three days later, but it's not suitable due to a medical appointment in Spain. They booked a more expensive flight and will need to stay an extra night in Lisbon. Previously, a similar incident occurred on their journey from Toulouse to Lisbon, and they received compensation. They are unsure where to stay the additional night in Lisbon. Grateful for assistance in managing the accommodation for the extra night and covering the increased flight cost. Thank you. Catherine Corberand.

I had a booking for flight FR282 yesterday, under the name Emily Locke. Unfortunately, I received a text on Friday morning notifying me of the cancellation without any explanation or alternative options. Despite my efforts to contact Ryanair, I couldn't reach them, and all other flights for the day were fully booked. As a result, my friends and I had to spend a significant portion of our holiday trying to find a way back home, eventually having to resort to a flight via Madrid costing us £[redacted] per person and train travel expenses of £17, which took us 15 hours in total. We are requesting a full reimbursement for these expenses and believe that compensation should also be provided for the considerable inconvenience and time wasted. Kindly contact me urgently at [redacted]7.

I scheduled a flight in May for a trip to Beziers in July. I received an email confirming the booking with the flights costing £[redacted]. Despite having priority boarding, we do not have reserved seats or checked luggage. I find the cost excessive, especially since I discovered the same flights yesterday for £[redacted]. I lack a breakdown of the flight expenses to understand the pricing differences and why I didn't reserve seats. I also have two RyanAir flights in August exceeding £[redacted], but I plan to explore other airlines due to these price discrepancies. I am frustrated as I cannot reach anyone over the phone, and the online chat has been unavailable for two days. I am seeking clarification on why there are such significant price variations. I feel it is not worthwhile to book early in the future. It would be appreciated if complimentary seat reservations and checked bags were offered as compensation.

Hi, I made a booking on the Ryanair website for my husband, our 3-year-old, and myself to travel from East Midlands to Milan return with reservation N22K7Q. I chose seats during the booking process, opting for £3 "on sale" seats to ensure we sit together. However, after payment, I noticed that only my seat and the 3-year-old's were confirmed. My husband's seat was not included, and I was charged £8 instead of £6 for my seat. I checked on the Ryanair app but found only the option to pay £8 each way for my husband's seat. This would amount to £24 instead of the initial £12 as indicated during booking. I want my husband to have an aisle seat next to us for both flights, but I don't want to pay more than the original £12 total. I've already overpaid for my seat by £2. Kindly assist me in reserving my husband's seat for an additional £4 to rectify the total cost to £12 as initially stated on the website. I await your response. Thank you, Emma W.

Ref: [redacted]/I15QQD I recently received an email on June 27th regarding a refund for a flight. I did not use a credit card for the purchase; instead, I used the bank account NL94TRIO[redacted], under the name JJ Caton. Despite reaching out twice to the customer service email ([redacted]) with no response, I still haven't gotten clarification on whether the correct bank account details will be used for the refund. The inconvenience caused by this issue has been frustrating and time-consuming. The email stated that due to the cancellation of flight FR2335 from Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport to Malaga on June 9th, no monetary compensation is due under EU Regulation [redacted]/[redacted]. As I opted for a refund and not a rebooking, I expect the refund amount of [redacted].70 EUR to be credited to the correct bank account provided. Clarity on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, JJ Caton

I recently sent an email to the complaints department regarding my booking for too many baggage items on my flight on July 8th. Instead of booking one case for both the outward and return journey, I mistakenly booked four cases. Despite explaining that it was an error, I received an email this morning stating that no refund can be issued. I am aware that amendments or refunds can typically be made within a 48-hour period, as I booked this on July 3rd for my upcoming flight. I do not wish to cancel my flight, I simply seek a refund for the excessive baggage I mistakenly booked. Despite discussing this with a colleague who confirmed the policy, I have not received any resolution after being transferred between departments. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Subject: Lost Luggage Complaint Dear Ryanair, We are currently staying at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel with missing luggage from flight number FR9253 on 01/06/18. Despite being assured updates, we have received no helpful response from your team at Ibiza Airport. Upon contacting the baggage department at London Stansted airport, conflicting information was provided about the status of our luggage. To resolve this issue, we visited the airport, only to find the Ryanair desk uninformed and unable to assist. This situation has significantly impacted our vacation, causing undue stress and inconvenience. The lack of coordination and communication from Ryanair has been unacceptable, and we demand prompt resolution and reimbursement for the expenses incurred due to the missing items. We expect a comprehensive explanation of the situation by tomorrow at the latest. Sincerely, Claudia H., Carly S., Aleesha C.

Booking: STZZFC Status: CONFIRMED To whom it may concern, I am writing to follow up on my previous correspondence sent to Ryanair on June 15th, which has yet to receive a response. As per your website policy, all inquiries are typically addressed within two weeks, however, this has not been the case in my situation. I have not received the refund requested in my previous email and I am now seeking additional compensation for the following: 1. €10 per day for the lack of food and beverages causing physical and psychological distress. 2. €[redacted] per day (totaling €[redacted] for 2 days) for each day of missed work. I kindly request prompt communication to address the passenger rights violation. Should I not receive a timely response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities. Sincerely,

Subject: Urgent: Ryanair Flight Cancellation Complaint Dear Customer Service, I am deeply frustrated by the lack of response from Ryanair regarding my flight cancellation issue. Despite my efforts to contact the company, I have not received any resolution. As a loyal customer, this disregard for customer care has left me disappointed. I am referring to the cancellation of the following flights: - Departure: Lanzarote(ACE) to Glasgow(GLA) on Tue, 25Sep2018, under the names Lewis Cullen and Lia Devine. Although I submitted a flight cancellation form as instructed, an error on the Ryanair website has resulted in only a refund being processed for me, not for my partner. All attempts to correct this error have failed, displaying a constant 'error' message. I urgently request Ryanair to refund both flights promptly, as the inconvenience caused is beyond my control and has been distressing. Despite my repeated calls and emails to Ryanair, no resolution has been offered. I am astonished by the lack of personalized customer service and communication from Ryanair. I seek immediate contact information for a management team and a swift resolution with a full refund. The lack of response and customer care from Ryanair is unacceptable. I anticipate a timely resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Lia

Hello, I am curious about traveling without my parents as I am 17. Originally from Latvia but living in the United Kingdom for over 6 years, I plan to go with my partner, who is from Lithuania. The Latvian Embassy mentioned that since June [redacted], children can visit European countries without parental consent. I'm concerned this might be an issue during passport checks since I am not yet 18. Can you provide more information about this to ensure I can travel smoothly without any airport problems? Thank you. Amanda.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach out through web chat with lengthy wait times exceeding 77 minutes, sometimes up to [redacted] minutes, and also by phone calls for two days but have not been successful. At one point, I was informed of a 10-minute wait but was disconnected after 35 minutes. In March, I made a reservation for flight FR3242 to Beziers on July 24th for myself, Derek H., and my wife, Rosalind H., along with car hire through Ryanair's website. Although I have the car hire details, I am unable to locate the flight information. I distinctly remember encountering a slow website that night and urgently need to confirm our booking as we have a wedding commitment. It is incredibly frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone at Ryanair for assistance regarding this matter.

I am following up regarding the response to my complaint, reference number [redacted]/KNWN3L. Despite reaching out multiple times, including a recent phone call, I was advised to resubmit my concerns. My initial complaint highlighted the distressing experience of boarding a flight with non-functional toilets at the last minute, without the option to change flights. The lack of proper customer service left me feeling unheard and neglected. The response received solely addressed the flight delay, overlooking the crucial concerns of unsanitary conditions and the overall distress caused. I kindly request a thorough review and response to address these critical issues. -Cynthia O.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have flights booked for August 2nd from Brussels (Charleroi) to Milan (Bergamo) with reservation URBTWL, and from Milan (Bergamo) to Vilnius with reservation KZM7VJ. Unfortunately, my passport was stolen and I will be receiving a repatriation certificate from my embassy. However, the repatriation certificate issued by the diplomatic institutions of Lithuania is only valid for returning to Lithuania and not for continuing travel to other countries. I would like to know if it is possible to travel from Italy to Lithuania with this certificate as it is my final destination. Thank you for your assistance and I await your response. Best regards, L.A.

I'm writing to report that I lost my luggage on 17/07/[redacted] during my flight from Berlin to Milan Malpensa, booked through Ryanair. I filed a report at Milan Malpensa airport the same day, but I have not received any communication from the airline regarding this matter. The flight booking number is U6PMX, and the reference number for the report is MXPOE10006. When trying to submit a report on Ryanair's website using the reference code provided by the lost luggage counter, I encountered an issue as the flight is operated by Laudamotion, a Ryanair subsidiary that handles customer service through Ryanair's website. The estimated value of the lost items is around [redacted]€. Hopefully, my luggage will be located soon. Thank you. - Francesco F.

I lost my luggage on July 17, [redacted], during a flight from Berlin to Milan Malpensa that I booked through Ryanair. I filed a report at Milan Malpensa airport, but I have not received any response from the airline yet. The flight booking number is U6PMX, and the airport report reference number is MXPOE10006. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit a detailed report on Ryanair's website using the reference code from the airport because the flight is operated by Laudamotion, a subsidiary of Ryanair that does not have its own customer service and redirects inquiries to Ryanair's website. The estimated value of the lost items is around [redacted]€. My name is Francesco Fadda.

My partner and I had booked a holiday through Travel Republic. We were notified on Wednesday that our flight from Birmingham, scheduled for Thursday the 26th of July to Palma at 20:25, flight number FR2162, was canceled. Travel Republic arranged alternative flights for an extra £[redacted] which we had to pay. We are disappointed to have to change our plans and depart a day earlier, as this was the only available option. We intend to request a refund of £[redacted] from Ryanair and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused by this disorganized situation. We attempted to contact Ryanair for alternative flights on Wednesday but couldn't get through in time to secure seats on other flights.

Dear Sir/Madam, I regret to inform you that I was denied boarding on flight QTSWYP from Edinburgh to Kaunas. Our slight delay of 5 minutes was due to the slow security check process at the airport, not our own doing. Despite arriving 2 hours early, our names were not called, and the gate closed before we made it there. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a Ryanair information desk for assistance. As a result, we had to purchase another flight to Riga on Wednesday under booking NRREPI at a significantly higher price. I kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, RS
