My bag is still lost, it's gone into the Ryanair black hole. Have had no reply to any emails I've sent and the alleged lost luggage helpline at Stansted is in fact a shame: they never, ever pick up & the call is cut after hanging on for **-** mins each time.

Speak to a human being at Lost Baggage at Stansted. ... My baggage has been lost. I flew from London Stansted to Lourdes on July *th & my baggage has not arrived. The lost baggage telephone n* at Stansted is always on voice message without the chance to leave a message. On the lost baggage form my initials are given wrongly and should read H J.
My bag is important to me. It doesn't contain anything of great value but does contain items of emotional value.
I'd like to have my bag back! At the very least I'd like a response to the emails I've sent and it would be GREAT to actually speak to someone!
I've paid for flights with Ryanair on & off for many years. They're happy to take your money but don't cant to pay for any customer service, a mean oufit.
I've tried contacting the airport at Lourdes: no response.*I've emailed Swiss Port, the baggage handling company: no reponse.
