My luggage has been lost for** days from FR**** at Stansted airport .*I have tried to ring customer services as I need an email confirmation to say my luggage is lost before my insurer will process my claim.*The PIR reference is STNFR******I cannot claim from my insurer Saga unless I have this. *This is becoming very stressful ,as I am writing ,emailing and ringing the airport and*My insurer as well asRyan Air on a virtually daily basis . *Please help me solve this as it’s really distressing.*Thank you*Mrs Pam Norton *Booking ref VNDZKR *TAG numberFR ******
