On booking E*VT*R the return flight on ********* was cancelled. In order to act quickly, we tried to move to Sunday, but the website kept getting stuck. We then moved to Monday (*********). We had * important family events on Sunday, and since we couldn't change the booking again by any means (call*chat*website), we booked new tickets with another company. We made it back on time, but I am unable to cancel my Monday flight. I'm stuck once again. Please refund our trip as we won't be on the ********* flight.
