I had booked with Ryanair ref.ICZ*QR. from Dublin irl. to faro Portugal .FR**** outwards*th april -FR**** returning ** april.had taken out Ryanair insurance.for me and my daughter . I took serious illness on **th of march had a stroke. was in hospital for * weeks . I have proof from doctor. I have tried sending many times without success. just wont submit saying try again . lost all of our holiday..please could you let me know what is position here ? Thanking you Margaret Kavanagh.
