I’m currently on a trip that I booked through you and it’s been an absolute nightmare so far. *My hand luggage bag has been really damaged and has a hole in it! I’m going to have to buy *Upon arrival at the hostel, we were give the wrong room - we’d booked a * bed room for * people through Ryanair rooms but have been given a ** bed room! I have screenshots of the booking stating it’s a * bed room we initially booked. *The hotel have been kind enough to sort us out but we have had to pay an extra €***! *The trip has been ruined so far and I expect something to be done on your part
