Hi, I made a complaint to Ryanair a while ago (reference ********JS*MJP) and received a reply that had absolutely no relevance to my complaint. It was making excuses for some screens that were not working, but my complaint made no mention of screens.*I replied asking for a relevant response and still have not heard back. Yesterday I spent £** phone credit on hold waiting for customer services. Can someone handle this complaint professionally please?
I trust that Ryanair will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
