Help with my Ryanair issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-martajs may need:
Name on booking, 6 Character booking reference, and Email address used for booking
GetHuman-martajs's next move: talk to Ryanair when they open.
Ryanair's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-martajs a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-martajs's own words:
My flight to Seville has been changed, leaving me without the possibility to take a train to my final destination.*Also, the tickets of train that we had purchased in advance, are now no valid to travel, or we will be in the airport for far too long before my flight.*I think as a company you are making so many changes that are making your curstomers think twice before to travel with you.*Thank you for making our holidays a lot more expensive and shorter.
I trust that Ryanair will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
