On April **th **** I spoke to one of your live chat agents regarding bookings I was going to be making, I asked if I could travel from Scotland to Southern Ireland with my newborn with just her birth certificate and his reply was yes. So I went on to make the bookings. However, whilst trying to check in for my flight tonight I didn’t have the option to add her birth Certificate as a travel document. I then went onto live chat again and was told that I couldn’t travel with just this and that I needed a passport! I would like to be refunded for this booking and I will also be sending you receipts for any additional expenses incurred due to your mistake and clear lack of staff training. I also have a booking made for June which I will need refunded for too. I have attached the original conversation with your agent telling me the birth certificate was enough.
