When reviewing the terms of use for the travel credit, I noticed it states that the credit can't be used on the website www.ryanair.com and must be redeemed via the Ryanair call center. To utilize the travel credit, I need to contact the call center by quoting my booking confirmation number and unique password. I have already selected my flight. Where do I need to contact and provide my confirmation number to redeem the travel credit? Thank you for your assistance.

Due to a human error in luggage registration on April 1st, [redacted] at Brussels South Charleroi Airport, my two suitcases meant for Lisbon on flight FR2931 might have been mistakenly sent to Dublin on flight FR047. The luggage was registered under the name John Horgan instead of mine, Brigida Sevrin-Brando. One of the suitcases contains my money, return flight ticket, and crucial medications. Please assist in expediting the transfer of both suitcases from Dublin to Lisbon. I am able to collect them from the airport. The two suitcases are described as a medium grey one with a green stripe and a small blue one. The reference number for this issue is LIS FR 10 [redacted].

Subject: Change Request for Flight FR1142 and FR1143 Dear Ryanair Team, I am facing a significant issue and would appreciate your assistance with my situation. I have booked the following flights from Berlin Schoenefeld to Lisbon (and return). Originally, I booked the flights for myself and my longtime friend. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my friend (Jasmin B.) is unable to join, and another friend has kindly agreed to accompany me. I would like to inquire about the possibility of changing the flight and bringing forward the return flight. Instead of returning on Monday, June 25th, we would like to return on June 21st, [redacted]. I have checked the Ryanair website, and there is a flight available on June 21st at 17:10 (Lisbon). I understand that changing a flight and amending the name can be quite complicated. I would like to know the associated costs or if there is any flexibility or goodwill in this matter. I have saved up for this trip, and this situation is challenging for me. I acknowledge your policies but hope there might be some room for flexibility. Dear Ryanair, I am writing to inform you that it has been over 3 weeks since I took a flight with Ryanair from Catania to Milan Malpensa, where my baggage was found to be damaged upon retrieval. At the Lost Luggage Office in Malpensa, Ryanair promised to compensate me with a new Antler suitcase (Bag Type: RMTH1) to be delivered within 7 days from that date. As of today, the suitcase has not been delivered to me. I have sent several reminder emails to [redacted] and called the Lost and Found office in Malpensa numerous times; however, I have not received any response from either contact. Hello, I need to make a change to my reservation OPKTRY for the flights FR5712 to Faro on 18.05.[redacted] and FR5713 back to Frankfurt Hahn on 25.05.[redacted]. Due to work commitments, I cannot go on this trip. I would like to cancel my reservation for Stefan Biron. My daughters Marlene and Jeannine will still take the outbound flight from Frankfurt - Hahn. However, I would like to change their return flight from Hahn on 25.05.[redacted] at 16:15 to the flight at 10:20 from Faro to Frankfurt Int. on the same day. My sister Britta Biron and mother Ines Biron are booked on this flight as well. This change avoids my daughters waiting for 8 hours in Faro for their return flight. My sister will take them to the airport in Faro and I will pick them up in Frankfurt. Is this change possible? If so, what are the conditions? I am requesting a change without incurring an excessive fee. I have been attempting to receive a refund for my flight due to an unexpected passport delay. I have tried contacting Ryanair via live chat, telephone, and complaint forms. Unfortunately, Ryanair did not show empathy towards my situation and has been unwilling to assist with a refund. When I looked into changing my flight, I was shocked by the additional fees. The £50 I paid for luggage was not included in the change, and I was also charged £30 for a luggage change fee. The £70 flight change fee was exorbitant. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue with Customer Services through various channels, I have not received a satisfactory solution. If my request to waive the change fees or provide a refund is denied again, I will escalate my complaint to a Customer Services Bureau. I have dealt with various companies before, but this experience with Ryanair has been frustrating and disappointing. I traveled on Flight [redacted] from Frankfurt to Manchester on May 15. My name is Vincent Todd, and my confirmation number is H5HZXH. My main concern is the 55€ charge for checking in 10 minutes late due to not being informed about the online check-in requirement. Additionally, the flight left over an hour late with no explanation. I do not understand the strictness of the check-in policy when the delay caused inconvenience and no compensation was offered. Furthermore, upon boarding, I was forced to check my carry-on bag despite empty overhead compartments near my seat. Upon retrieving it, I discovered my laptop was irreparably damaged due to mishandling. I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, financial loss, and property damage incurred during this unsatisfactory experience.

Booking number NNVQHB: My itinerary from EMA to Limoges on 22 May was cancelled yesterday. I have managed to find alternative flights from Stansted, but the return trip on 31st May falls outside the free date change limit. This incurs an extra cost of £[redacted], along with fees to rebook the whole trip, which I find unacceptable. Can another carrier offer a better solution for this situation? Hello, I am writing to request a refund of $55 Euros that was charged to my credit card on May 23, [redacted] for airport check-in. On the same day, I flew with Ryanair for the first time with reservation number XT11KS. My experience at Ciampino Airport in Italy was a bit unpleasant. I arrived two hours before my flight to London Stansted and was surprised to be told by the airport clerk that I needed to pay $55 Euros for airport check-in, as I had arrived less than two hours before departure time. I was not aware of this policy as I did not receive any prior notification via email or text message. I even received multiple emails regarding extra baggage charges but nothing about the airport check-in fee. I even made preparations for extra baggage charges by upgrading my ticket. I flew from Dublin to Faro last night with booking reference UWCH5Y. I had prepaid €80 for golf clubs and followed the procedure to check them in without any issues. However, I accidentally placed a carry-on bag on the scales and was charged an additional €40. A Ryanair assistant advised me to seek a refund at the ticket desk, where I was given a paper to contact customer service. I tried registering for a refund online this morning but it requires a "Baggage Report File reference" that I don't have, preventing me from proceeding. We are seeking compensation for the expenses we incurred as a result of our flight cancellation. Our return flight from Marseille to Edinburgh was canceled due to industrial action. The only available alternative was a flight to London Stansted 28 hours later. We had to cover costs for accommodation, food, additional flights to reach Edinburgh, and an extra charge for overstaying at the secure airport car park. We have kept all receipts and are willing to provide them to support our claim for reimbursement.

On April 30th, [redacted], I had a conversation with one of your live chat agents about my upcoming bookings. I inquired if I could travel from Scotland to Southern Ireland with just my newborn's birth certificate, to which the agent confirmed. Relying on this information, I proceeded to make the bookings. However, when attempting to check in for my flight tonight, I discovered I couldn't add the birth certificate as a travel document. In a subsequent live chat session, another agent informed me that a passport was required instead. I am seeking a refund for the booking and will submit receipts for any additional costs due to this error. I also have a booking for June that will require a refund. I have provided the original chat transcript where the agent assured me the birth certificate sufficed.

Hello, I recently booked a rental car along with my flight. My car hire booking confirmation is Ref: ES[redacted]20. I encountered several issues with Firefly as a) their representative was unhelpful when I declined their insurance b) they switched the car to one with multiple scratches and charged two deposits on my credit card c) the oil warning light was on in the car d) they tried to insist I take the faulty car e) had to book a car with Europcar for £[redacted] instead f) Firefly misrepresented the mileage limit g) the assistant's behavior was unprofessional. I have a booking under XWFLGR for a flight on Wednesday evening at 21:45 from Malaga to Bristol. Due to a right shoulder and neck injury, I require airport assistance with a wheelchair. Navigating the long distances at the Malaga airport is very challenging for me given my injury. Carrying even a small shoulder bag with my laptop causes me a lot of pain. I am currently on Ibuprofen and have my shoulder in a sling, along with wearing a small cervical collar. Assistance is also needed upon arrival in Bristol to reach the carousel. I have already checked in and cannot add this request on my own, so I need to speak with someone for help.

I attempted to download my return ticket for four days and had to rebook a seat because I did not receive the email with the code until yesterday, 27/05/[redacted]. Additionally, my brother, who is on warfarin, was injured when a lady shut the overhead locker lid on his head, causing bleeding due to his condition. The hotel we stayed at also tried to help us redeem his flight home, but received no response. I am looking for a prompt reply and have all email and phone communication available if needed. Booking Reference: RZDV4G Yesterday at 4:26 PM, I had a 35-minute call with a male adviser regarding special assistance for a family traveling with a disabled 14-month-old child and a nurse. Due to urgent family reasons, a last-minute booking was made. While the adviser on the phone was helpful, the promised email with details about baggage waiver for medical supplies, equipment, and airport assistance was not received within the agreed timeframe, causing significant stress for the family on the day of their 6:10 AM flight to Fuerteventura on flight number FR8182. It has been a challenging experience dealing with this situation, especially considering the circumstances. Yesterday, my family was supposed to depart from Charlotte, VA on an American Airlines flight to Rome. Sadly, my father passed away last Wednesday, and we missed our flight due to his funeral. American Airlines graciously allowed us to reschedule our flight for today at 6:20 pm without any additional fees. We had also booked Ryanair flight [redacted] from Rome to Palermo, but due to this unexpected event, we could not make it. Hello, I am Caroline Q. I have a couple of concerns I need to discuss with you. I frequently fly with Ryanair and recently started booking my parking through their app along with my flights. During my last trip back to Ireland, I booked long stay 1 parking through Ryanair's app, which supposedly was a 5-7 minute walk without the need for a bus transfer. Upon arrival, I had trouble finding a parking spot and then had to wait 15 minutes for a bus, causing stress and rushing. On my way back, due to a flight delay, I again waited 15 minutes for the bus, ultimately making me late for my next destination. If this information was provided during booking, I could have planned accordingly. My second issue is that I unintentionally booked my August weekend trip (East Midlands to Ireland) for Friday the 10th instead of Thursday the 9th. I wanted to see if it's possible to switch these dates while keeping the same timing. Thank you.

We are dissatisfied as we were charged €[redacted] for transport from Reus Airport, which was not the correct airport and should have been arranged by Ryanair initially. I have a flight booked for 08/6/18, flight number FR8156, from London to Tenerife. The tickets were originally for my late partner's children who unfortunately passed away last year. My mother and I are also scheduled to fly. Due to family issues, the children and their mother no longer wish to travel. I kindly request if it's possible to change the names on the tickets to allow my sister and her son to take their place. Financially, I cannot afford additional charges as I am on disability benefits and already facing financial strain.
