Flight FR**** has been delayed by * hours and ** minutes with no explanation. It is now **:** and the flight was meant to have left at **:**. Reason for delay has only been cited as Crew did not arrive. I am a long-standing customer of Ryan Air but I am unimpressed with your lack of professionalism and lack of communication today. Please assess your communication processes with your customers. My ticket Is in the name of Roger Duce and my wife’s ticket is in the name of Emmanuelle Duce.
