Spett.le Ryanair,***con la presente comunico che sono trascorse pi* di * settimane dal giorno in cui ho effettuato il volo con Ryanair, Catania - Milano Malpensa, dove il mio bagaglio, al ritiro, risultava essere danneggiato. Pertanto all'Ufficio Bagagli Smarriti di Malpensa, Ryanair mi risarciva con un nuova valigia Antler (Bag Type: RMTH*) dicendomi che mi veniva consegnata entro * giorni da quella data. Alla data di oggi, tale bagaglio non mi * stato ancora consegnato. Ho pi* volte inoltrato una mail di sollecito all'indirizzo: *****@***.com * ho decine di volte chiamato il numero dell'ufficio Lost and Found di Malpensa* non ho mai ricevuto risposta da entrambi i contatti Vi prego di controllare la mia pratica. Ringraziandovi per la Vostra cortese attenzione, porgo i pi* cordiali saluti.
