I have been a loyal customer for * years now and I have been calling for the last few days to get assistance with a direct deposit that was made on the **th of March **** for a little over $**** that still is not showing on my account. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service experience. I keep getting told to log into account.rushcard.com to be able to speak a representative about the missing deposit and the information I am getting is not even available to see. I am highly upset with the service I am receiving and would simply like to know where is the missing deposit. I am tired of hearing "oh we can't see any account details to go to the website for answers" answers that are there. I am to the point of feeling as if the Rushcard company has stolen my funds. I have contacted Meta Bank and it clearly stated a deposit was made on the **th but WHERE ARE MY FUNDS????!!! I am expecting an answer today regarding this issue.
GetHuman-bjnorrs did not yet indicate what RushCard should do to make this right.
