Help with my RushCard issue

Before contacting them, items GetHuman-mistadub may need:
Card Number, Email on Account, Home Address, Name of Account Holder, and Phone Number
Top Tip from another customer
Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.
The issue in GetHuman-mistadub's own words
started using my rushcard again and forgot password*phone number*email used (*****@***.com) to sign up. *Account was attached to old phone. No longer have access to this account. Done called Yahoo, nothing they can do. I have to change my email address and update everything else. I even ordered a new card and just registered and still same problem. I was praying that there was a way to not be tagged to that email. The only way I can check my balance is by calling.Really trying to do this card thing, being a cash man due to stuff like this! Pleeeease help!
