It's been nearly two weeks, and my RushCard still hasn't arrived. RushCard promised to send a new card to my updated address on April 7th due to issues with receiving my stimulus check and fraudulent charges. Despite these ongoing problems, I haven't been able to reach anyone to confirm the new card's status. I need access to my funds to pay overdue bills. As of April 21st, it will be past the 10-day mark since the promise of the new card. Unfortunately, all my calls to RushCard have been unsuccessful, as they either disconnect or I am unable to get through to confirm the card shipment.

I no longer have the card or card number of the Rush card where my stimulus check was deposited. I'm unable to log in online as it asks for my card or username and password, which I don't have available since I haven't used the card in 10 months and destroyed it. When calling customer service and providing my SS#, the automated system doesn't recognize me. Despite receiving emails and balance text messages, I can't reply or respond. I'm seeking assistance from a live person to access my account, request a replacement card, and update my information.

I'm Theresa J. I am dealing with a fraud issue where someone used my stolen card. I spoke to a representative named at 1-[redacted] two Saturdays ago but haven't heard back. I'm struggling to distinguish valid charges. The 1-[redacted] number provided is not working. The customer service chat didn't help. How can I report this? My RushCard account was hacked, and someone stole it before October 7, [redacted] at Osage Casino. I contacted RushCard's customer service to block the card and order a replacement. The new RushCard was expedited to my apartment address at [redacted] N 112th East Ave #[redacted], Tulsa, Oklahoma [redacted]. Unfortunately, now the replacement RushCard, which had my federal tax refund of $1,[redacted] from H&R Block Bank, is also blocked. I have already submitted everything they requested except for $[redacted].22. I hope I can get my account unblocked or receive another replacement soon so I can cover my rent and buy my medication.

I am frustrated with RushCard as my account gets locked out after just one username and password attempt. I want to discuss this problem with a customer service representative to unlock my account. If this issue persists, I will consider switching to another bank after being a customer for four years. I need quick access to my money once it is deposited. RushCard's automated service is not helpful, and I prefer speaking to a real person. The recent menu changes have made it difficult to navigate the system. I have been a customer for over 10 years without any issues until now. I receive benefits from the SSA which were mistakenly deposited into the wrong account. This has caused me great difficulty, especially as I am still waiting for my stimulus check. My $[redacted].00 was deposited by Meta Bank on April 3, [redacted], from the US Treasury. On May 25th, I notified Rush Card Services that my card was lost. They were supposed to send a replacement card expedited on that date but I never received it. After being told on May 28th that I would receive the card and not getting it, I reported the issue again. I have been charged $35 twice for cards I never received. It has now been a week and a half without access to my money due to RushCard's failure. I urgently need a new card to access my funds. Despite my attempts online and through calls over the past 10 days, I have not made progress with the company. I am requesting immediate shipment of a new RushCard. Additionally, I should be refunded for the two undelivered cards. This situation has left me feeling helpless as I need to support my family and have medical appointments for my stage 3 cancer that I cannot reach due to lack of funds for gas. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is James Marshall. On June 2nd, I discovered a $[redacted] discrepancy in my account. I contacted customer service at Resolution to address the missing funds. After verifying my identity, the representative asked about the issue. I explained the situation regarding the missing money, and was informed that due to uncertainty about the transaction, my account was locked. Since then, I have been attempting to regain access to my account. I have updated all my information and reached out to Rush Card via email, requesting a call back. They responded, directing me to retrieve a code from Black Planet to unlock my account online - a site I haven't used in years. I mailed Rush Card my updated identification documents but was instructed to contact them by phone. After multiple attempts, I am frustrated by the back and forth and seek a prompt resolution to access my funds.

I placed an order with Knight LD for $[redacted] on June 30, [redacted]. As of today (7/9/20), I have not received any information such as a tracking number regarding my order. I only received a confirmation email on June 30, [redacted], stating that I would be notified when the order ships. Unfortunately, my Rush Card was lost along with my phone, which is crucial for my pacemaker. I currently rely on my friend Shirley to convey this message as I recover from recent surgery. My card is constantly being declined, which is embarrassing. However, it did not get declined when I deposited $[redacted]. I need to transfer my money to a different green dot card that works. I have had a bad experience with RushCard and will not be using them again. Please assist me as soon as possible. I am unable to use my RushCard because it seems to be blocked without any notice or explanation. This is preventing me from making purchases online, in person, or at the ATM. Please unblock my card as I did not instruct for it to be blocked. I am frustrated with this situation.

I have provided my new address and social security card four times as requested to RushCard. Recently, I was informed by a representative named Marucis, if I spelled it correctly, that I need to provide additional information related to an address I haven't lived at in two years. I am worried about my funds, especially hearing about other customers having issues like being locked out of their accounts. I urgently need RushCard to update my information promptly so I can receive my card and access my funds during this challenging time with the pandemic. My account with RushCard was hacked today and $2,[redacted] was stolen from it. Due to an error in my birthday on file, I was advised that a dispute couldn't be initiated until proof of my correct birthday was provided. I lack a copy of my birth certificate but have sent alternative IDs with my birthday, such as my military DD214, Tennessee state ID, and other legal documents to their documents update email. I urgently require RushCard to commence the dispute process as it's my only source of funds, especially since the money taken was my recent VA benefits. Given my upcoming heart surgery and inability to obtain a birth certificate from New York, where I was born, prompt action is critical.

1. I was informed by the IRS that my $1,[redacted] stimulus payment was deposited in my Meta Bank account, the only account I have with Rushcard.com. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service by phone, I have been unable to speak to a live representative. My payment was reportedly deposited back in April or June, [redacted]. Why is it nearly October and Rushcard.com is not answering their helpline? I even sent an email but have not received a response. 2. I recently moved and need to update my address, phone number, and email information. However, updating this information requires logging in, which is challenging because I no longer have access to my previous username. I have been trying to resolve this issue since June, [redacted], and it's now nearly October, [redacted].

I need to report fraudulent activity involving a RushCard linked to my social security number for unemployment benefits. My phone was hacked, and my personal information was stolen to set up direct deposit to a RushCard. $14,[redacted] was deposited before I noticed. I have filed a police report and have a letter from unemployment tracing the funds to the RushCard user. I contacted Customer Service to request a replacement card as my original card's strip is not working in ATMs. I received the new card with the same number, but a different CVV# and expiration date. Unfortunately, the new card won't activate despite speaking with unhelpful customer service representatives. They advised me to wait 12, 24, and 48 hours for escalations, but after two days, my card is still not activated. I'm facing financial stress with rent and bills due, especially during this pandemic. It's frustrating that there are no supervisors, live agents, escalation numbers, or clear solutions provided by RushCard. I demand a prompt activation of my replacement card as I can't afford to wait any longer.

I have repeatedly contacted RushCard through various channels regarding an unauthorized transaction of over $[redacted] on September 26, [redacted]. I am unable to access my account online to review the past 30 days' transactions to identify the culprit. I am prompted to enter a verification code, but I do not receive it when I request it to be sent to my phone ending in [redacted]. It is important for me to monitor my transactions closely.
