I reported to rush cash that someone attempted to get a rush card when i checked my account on line there was a *rd card on account they used tne wrong adress they deleted the card and the order i informed them that i didnt want the other to cards to be touched and they were fine don't close or make any changes to my accounts. Rushcard assured me the accounts ending in **** and **** would not be closed or changed . i attempted to inquire about my direct deposit they told me that both accounts were closed and that theu sent me a text on march ** **** and i have been calling evey other day sense ******* aswell as checking on line and talking to costumer service representative aleast * times sense . accounts were closed without notice text email letter phone calls nothing. Im do to receive. Fixed income direct deposit . no i csnt pay rent pr bills
