Well I received my tax refund about * days ago. I went to an ATM an put my pin , it told me that it was an invalid pin. So I call costume service an had me on hold for ** minutes. That was the first time I called. A man came on an ask for my name , ss* , last for of my card , an phone number. Well the phone number that I gave him, was not matching with the one I had use when I activated my card , so he wasn't able to help me. When I called again , I was on hold for an hour before someone came on. I gave them another number that I had at one time , hoping that would be the one. But nothing , was still not matching with the one that they had on file. I was told that I was going to have to send them a copy of my driver's license,an request to update my phone number. So I did. I fax it to them. Waited for about an hour and a half,an then called them back. Again had me on hold for an hour. For them to tell me that they didn't receive anything. Then they suspended my account. An now I can't use the card at all. Not even check out my account online because it says that my account has been suspended. I've faxed them the information that I needed to fax to them twice. How can I get my account activate again so I can use my card.
