I had applied for a rush card and was supposed to receive them in the mail two prior times before actually receiving the card that is now active on my account. The two cards that are forst and second on my account werw never recieved or activated. (honestly I didnt even know that there were two inactive cards associated to my account.. Because like I said I never received them) Anyways when I finally received my card that I now have active on my account I signed up for direct deposit from my employer for a small amount each check, as a way of saving... On November *th I recieved a direct deposit of **.** dollars feom my employer Entrata but qas unable to locate it. I finally figured out how to access my account online and seen that the direct deposit had been put into my account but had (for some assinine reason) been applied to the first card that was issued to my account (that I had never received therefore never activated it). Ontop of that I was charged not only one fee but two fees and then ontop of all of that! The funds are not able to be moved or transferred because it is on an inactive card!? Can you please refund one or both fees as well as move the funds to the only card that I have ever recieved and the only card that is active on the account
