Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.
The issue in GetHuman-romcubs's own words
My payroll deposit from my employer was returned it to the issuer. I received an email from RushCard stating that my deposit had been returned to employer because the name on the check and the name on the account did not match up. However I do not understand how there could have been a mix-up, the name on my check is the same name that is on my account, Alexis Sanchez. I'm very upset and very frustrated so contact me back as soon as possible so this can be resolved.
GetHuman-romcubs did not yet indicate what RushCard should do to make this right.
