third (maybe fourth) time i have been sent the wrong card!

Help with my RushCard issue

Waiting to see if GetHuman-kjuncaj fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-kjuncaj's own words
order the cards that i wanted ... sent me the wrong card AGAIN!!!!!! this is the third time in a row! this is completely ridiculous and unprofessional! why should support RUSH if i am being treated as if i do not matter?! i am beyond upset, furious, and feel neglected. does anyone at the customer service center have even a little common sense?!
after speaking to many reps, i still get the wrong cards and the one i ordered first is now out of stock! obviously it’s out of stock after so many darn attempts! think about it, i have to reorder, wait a week for it to arrive in the mail, open and see it’s the wrong card, repeat! then they want to charge me for “replacement cards” as if it was my fault to begin with! i’m definitely not a cheap person but if it’s not my fault, it’s unfair!
sending me my kls suede black rush card i ordered so many many months ago.. and sending the gold rush card i ordered as well. instead they’ve sent me pink, colorful, and blue!!!
i would be a great customer because i prefer prepaid debit cards and i use*fill them very often. i shop online constantly, pay bills online, and get direct deposit from government as well as employment.
i’ve tried everything and anything i could possibly do! this is so wrong. so so wrong!
