If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I made an order from Wish on the **th of August **** and the order didn't go through so they said that they refunded the money back to my card but up to now i haven't recieved the refund, I emailed the company about the issue and was told that i should contact you about the issue, so please let me know why am i not seeing the refundon my card as yet**Thank you*Geniecia Smith
